MRO Clerk is a private tool used by one person, the owner of the Gmail account it is connected to. It keeps a copy of that mailbox on the owner's own storage, organized by the labels he uses, so that old email can be found without searching Gmail.
It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and cannot be signed up for.
